Nancy Sims
Nancy has published a short story collection, Verbal Snacks. Excerpts have been showcased at the Kravis Center and on NPR. An ardent supporter of the literary arts demonstrated by her involvement as a book fair consultant, workshop facilitator, and tutor. She has served as President of the JCC of Palm Beach County, and Chair of the Jewish Federation Community Relations Council during the aftermath of September 11, 2001. She has served on the National Jewish Book Council’s Advisory Committee and a judge for their annual awards.
Phyllis Hoffman
Phyllis knew she wanted to write before she could read. She owes whatever talent she has to the teachers who encouraged her and father who thought she could write “the great American novel.” She holds a Master’s degree in Special Education. Chosen as one of President Bush’s Points of Light. Honored by the Executive Women of the Palm Beaches Foundation, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Jewish Family and Children’s Service. Her book, Butterfly Girl, is the story of her journey with her special needs daughter. Married, with three children, five grandchildren and various grand-dogs and cats.

Rosemary Gensler
Rosemary fell in love with the power of words when she was seven years old. She has written many pieces since then. Board Member of the Massapequa, New York Library. Sections of her memoir I Refuse to Moo have been presented at the Kravis Center and on NPR. Residing in Florida with her husband, the parent of three and proud grandmother of nine.
Marion S. Phillips
Marion was raised in rural New Jersey with neighboring immigrant relatives’ tales inspiring her writing. She was awarded two graduate degrees. Grant writer for Appalachia-NY State childhood hearing impaired. Founding member of the Working Writer’s Forum and Cinema Society on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Essays have been published and read on Florida public radio where she presently resides with her husband.
